The artwork is created on an old wooden pressboard cabinet door that once hid shirts and linens. The relief is given by papier-mâché, and for painting, everything from acrylics, watercolors, and pencils to markers, pens, and airbrush has been used. The final finish is a solid layer of boat varnish.

"Epic" tells a story of a hero's birth through abstract forms and colors. It narrates how a long journey across land, sea, desert, and sky forms a part of our own lives and the trials we have had to overcome to be here. You are the hero who lands on the mountainous land after conquering sea creatures and wanders along the rocky shore to the sand dunes. The treacherous wasteland leads you straight to the creation zone, where the stone is still hot, and the gods are conversing. This is the place where you discover that all the answers were within you...
